CONTINUUMPROTOCOLS

How care is governed

Clinical judgment stays clinical.

Continuum is being built to help qualified clinicians carry context and care forward. Technology may organise information, surface relevant history and support follow-up; it does not independently diagnose, prescribe or replace a clinician’s judgment.

Clear responsibility

Clinical decisions are made by appropriately qualified professionals acting within their scope. Operational teams cannot override a clinician’s decision.

Safe escalation

Digital care has limits. Patient journeys must make urgent and emergency boundaries clear, identify situations that require in-person assessment and provide routes for clinical escalation.

Measured representation

We describe services, clinicians, licences and certifications only as they exist. Preparing for an approval is not represented as holding it.

Before clinical launch

Named clinical leadership, registration details, grievance contacts, applicable licences and final care pathways will be published and verified before Continuum begins operating patient care.
